Effective Noise Reduction with Zbloc’s Innovative Absorbers

How Does Noise Reduction Work?

Noise barriers and absorbers work by:

Absorbing sound waves and preventing them from reflecting back into the environment, thereby reducing the perceived noise.

Blocking sound transmission by using high-density materials that effectively stop the spread of sound.

Diffusing sound to prevent echo effects and optimize the acoustic environment in urban areas and along traffic routes.

What Makes Zbloc’s Absorbers Unique?

Advanced materials for maximum sound absorption
Zbloc uses a combination of high-performance absorbers that have proven effectiveness in reducing both low and high frequencies, making them particularly effective in noise-intensive environments.

Flexible installation options
Our barriers and absorbers can be easily mounted on bridges, tunnels, and along roadways without requiring extensive groundwork. This makes them a cost-effective and adaptable solution for both new construction and existing infrastructure projects.

Aesthetically integrated solutions
Unlike traditional noise barriers, Zbloc’s screens are designed to blend into the environment and can be customized with different colors and patterns. This makes them ideal for public spaces where both functionality and design are key considerations.

Durability and long lifespan
Our materials are developed to withstand weather impacts and UV radiation, ensuring that the barriers retain their functionality and aesthetic quality over time.

Create a Better Acoustic Environment with Zbloc

Zbloc’s noise barriers and absorbers provide a holistic solution for creating quieter and more pleasant urban environments. By choosing an acoustically optimized solution, we not only protect people’s well-being but also contribute to more sustainable and sound-friendly urban development.”

The Material

100% Recycled Glass

Vitrumit resembles lightweight concrete but also has excellent sound-absorbing properties.

Vitrumit absorbers are non-combustible, made from glass and flint, and resemble lightweight concrete.

It is a versatile material that is ideally used for facades, tunnels, and stations. The panels can be mounted on most surfaces, providing an absorbent, durable, and aesthetically pleasing finish. For greater design flexibility, the material can also be painted in any color, making it easy to adapt to different environments and architectural styles.

• Can be cast in custom shapes and patterns
• Highly resistant to weather, wind, and external impact
• Composed of glass & flint

Facts

VM Acoustic Panel 101

The VM acoustic panel consists of specially manufactured glass granulate plates that are cast in molds. The base material is made of 100% expanded recycled glass and an organic polymer binder.

Application Area:

Vitrumit can be mounted directly on ceilings, walls, or steel substrates. It can be used both indoors and outdoors and does not absorb moisture. It is resistant to direct exposure to water and highly resistant to a 10% saltwater solution.
